Prison or neo-slavery?

Prison or legal racism? that is the big question. Check out this article which states: "If a white person is murdered, whether the defendants are Black or white, they are at least five times more likely to be given the death penalty than if a Black person is murdered." and "Only 14 white people have ever been executed for the murder of a Black person, while 215 Black people have been executed for killing whites." Facts are facts jack, the stats prove it, the American Prison system is systematically racist, that is why I don't believe in the "justice" system. Great article if you read nothing else to day read this!

At least the government is starting to recognize how the prison system is clearly a racist governmental device. It seems like a neo-slavery system designed for exploitation. Check out thisarticle.
"The Racial Justice Act was quickly approved with few questions and now goes to the full House."

This article is interesting, because few people actually know this, but "The thirteenth amendment reads (very clearly) that slavery shall not be imposed except in those instances when a person has been convicted of a crime."
